Procurement Staff

Job Descriptions:

  1. Search for new vendors or suppliers.
  2. Maintain good relationship with new and existing vendors or suppliers.
  3. Prepare data base vendors or suppliers.
  4. Prepare quotations and bids from vendors or suppliers.
  5. Negotiate and make deals with suppliers for price, term of payment, contracts, stock, availability, etc.
  6. Analyse and resolve any variety of problems encountered through coordination with vendors or suppliers and users.
  7. Liaise with internal and external parties regarding to procurement activities.
  8. Responsible for ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes.
  • Detail, strong mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy, able to work in a team and have a good work commitment.
  • Passionate and agile with startup life.
  • Can join immediately, full time position(s) available.
  • Willing to be placed in PIK

Customer Service Staff

Job Descriptions:

  1. Take responsibility for regular update of the effectiveness of these plans in order to improve quality service.
  2. Responding promptly for customer inquiries & Communication with customers through various channels.
  3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints & Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer question
  4. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  5. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to use positive language and communicate clearly.
  • Strong empathy and ability to read customers.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal).
  • Ability and experience in setting, monitoring and reporting against targets to key internal stakeholders.
  • Can join immediately, full time position(s) available.
  • Willing to work in Muara Karang & in shift.
